Because the dogma of an ancom is that the state/government is an organized group, and since a state is bad that means they can't make an organized group, because they become a state

The definition of a state is so obviously not "an organised group". Where on Earth did you hear that. Is a union a state? Is a pub quiz team? No, the state is usually defined as the organisation with a monopoly on legitimate violence.
